<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of finishing an aluminum die cast product capable of eliminating a trouble with equipment due to a transfer by reducing the number of transfers thereof and reducing a cost and a saved installation space by reducing the number of the equipment. SOLUTION: This method of finishing an aluminum die cast comprises the a first process and a second process. In the first process, the upper part of work W is held by a working robot 1a, the work W is pressed against a fixed blade 3 for press to remove the overflow and runner thereof, pouring gates are cut off by a tip saw 5, and burrs are removed by an end mill 4. In the second process, a work reverse table 6 receives and reverses the direction of the treated work W held by a first step robot and delivers to a second process robot 1b, the lower part of the work W is held by the robot 1b from the work reverse table 6, burrs are removed by the end mill 20, a hand reference part is pressed against a positioning hardware 7, and the head surface of the work W is machined by a milling cutter 8.</p> |
