<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for continuous treatment by using supercritical water which can treat various kinds of organic waste such as polymers, and the like, efficiently by using the supercritical water or subcritical water, and an apparatus for the method. SOLUTION: The method and the apparatus include a pre-load chamber 20 in which an opening 21 for introducing a substance to be treated is formed at the upper end, and an opening 22 for discharging the substance is formed at the lower end, a treatment chamber 30 in which an opening 31 for introducing the substance connected to the opening 22 is formed at the upper end, and an opening 32 for discharging the substance is formed at the lower end, a pressure reducing chamber 40 in which an opening 41 for introducing the substance connected to the opening 32 is formed at the upper end, and an opening 42 for discharging the substance is formed at the lower end, opening/closing means 51, 52, 53, and 54 for opening/closing each introduction opening 21, 31, 41 and each discharge opening 22, 32, and 42 selectively, a pre-load chamber pressurizing means for pressurizing the chamber 20 with room temperature or low temperature water, a supercritical water area forming means for forming a supercritical water area 34 continuously in the treatment chamber 30, and a pressure reducing room temperature or low temperature water.</p> |
