PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily put restrictions when processing which can be performed is desired to be restricted by user's post, etc. SOLUTION: This input restriction device is provided with a processing part which performs arbitrary processing, an input part which accepts input for controlling the processing part, a permission input pattern storage part which stores information capable of judging an input pattern for permitting input to the processing part and a permission input judgment part which accepts the inputted data from the input part, judges whether the inputted data is an input pattern included in the input pattern stored in the permission input pattern storage part, and when the inputted data is included, transfers it to the processing part and when it is not included, disregards the input.
