PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device, a light source device and an image processing device, capable of avoiding a failure of a light source even if a cooling medium leaks from a circulation path.SOLUTION: A cooling device cools a light source such as a laser source 11, using a cooling medium. The cooling device includes: a heat receiving part 30 arranged at a location to cool the light source; a heat radiation part 33 configured to discharge heat of the cooling medium; and a circulation path configured to circulate a cooling medium between the heat receiving part 30 and the heat radiation part 33. Connection parts 30a, 30b, 33a, 33b of the heat receiving part 30 and the heat radiation part 33 with the circulation path are arranged lower than the light source.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
