PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cosmetic which is evenly and homogeneously stuck with fine elongation and spread when applied and shows excellent shape retention, cosmetic sustainability or temporal stability. SOLUTION: This cosmetic is obtained by including the component (a), the cyclic silicone represented by general formula (1) [wherein, R1 is a 1-10C alkyl group or phenyl group; R2 is a 1-10C fluorine-substituted alkyl group; (m) is an integer of 0-3; (n) is an integer of 1-6 and (m+n) is an integer of 3-6], and the component (b), one or more kinds of oil agents selected from the diester between 2,2-dimethylpropane-1,3-diol and a fatty acid, the triester between trimethylpropane and a fatty acid or the tetraester between pentaerythritol and a fatty acid. Further, the cosmetic consisting of an emulsion cosmetic as the above cosmetic is obtained. In addition, the cosmetic consisting of a water- in-oil type emulsion cosmetic as either of the above cosmetics and the cosmetic consisting of an oil cosmetic as either of the above cosmetics are provided.
