The invention relates to a toner reservoir with a hollow body, surrounding a holding chamber in which the toner is stored, with at least one transport screw, arranged on the outer wall surrounding the holding chamber, protruding into the holding chamber, the conveying direction of which runs along the longitudinal direction of the hollow body. According to the invention, said toner reservoir may be precisely produced in a simple manner, whereby the hollow body is formed from at least two partial bodies, each of which form part of the outer wall surrounding the holding chamber, each partial body has a connecting surface, which matches the corresponding part, along which the partial bodies are connected to form the hollow body. Said partial bodies are made from plastic injection moulded pieces. |
