PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold bulging method of resin laminated aluminum foil capable of bulging easily at a low cost, and also improving its formed limit height. SOLUTION: Bulging is performed by a punch 1 in which a ceiling surface 2 of the punch is formed in a protruded profile at least at a direction along the ceiling surface 2, and also the top point 3 of the protruded profile is located in a center field 4 of the ceiling surface that is surrounded by a bisecting point 13 of a center position 11 of the ceiling surface and sides of the ceiling surface.
