PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a productivity and a safety in dressing steel sheets flowing a production line. SOLUTION: The surface of the steel sheet 100 flowing the production line is inspected by a surface inspection device 20, and the surface defect of the steel sheet 100 is automatically dressed by a grinding mechanism 20 according to the type and degree of a defect without stopping the production line.
