PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyamide laminate film capable of protecting a content against an impact during transporting and having excellent oxygen gas barrier properties, and flexing fatigue resistance and transparency by preventing a change of properties or discoloring of the content when used as various packaging materials. SOLUTION: The polyamide laminate film comprises a layer B made of a mixed polymer containing an aliphatic polyamide of 99 to 80 wt.% and an ionomer polymer of a flexing fatigue modifier of 1 to 20 wt.%, and laminated on at least one side surface of a layer A made of a polyamide polymer containing a diamine component containing a methaxylylene diamine as a main diamine component and a 6-12Cα,ωaliphatic dicarboxylic acid as a main dicarboxylic acid component.
