PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent careless exfoliation from writing utensils before sale and enable to be peeled off easily at the time of the first use after sale of writing utensils. SOLUTION: A cap seal 10 is constituted of a cap sticking part 12 to be sticked on around the peripheral surface of a cap C, an intermediate part 13 that is connected with this cap sticking part 12 and arranged across the cap C and a main body barrel S, and a main body barrel sticking part 14 that is connected with this intermediate part 13 and sticked on around the peripheral surface of the main body barrel S. The intermediate part 13's width is narrower than that of the cap sticking part 12 and the main body barrel sticking part 14 is bent perpendicularly from the intermediate part 13, extended to the opposite side of a step part 18 in a belt shape and its width is set windable around the main body barrel S. Besides, an adhesive layer 17 is not formed on the intermediate part 13 and a knob margin 21 of the main body barrel sticking part 14. |
