<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluating device capable of collecting and providing evaluation data with high precision corresponding to the attribute of an evaluator or the like. SOLUTION: Prescribed questionnaires are carried out, and highly precise attribute discrimination is carried out based on the result of the questionnaires so that evaluation data corresponding to the attribute of an evaluator or a user can be obtained. The evaluation whose quality is non-satisfactory is excluded so that the reliability of evaluation can be improved, and the obtained evaluation is notified to the object of evaluation so that the betterment will of the object of evaluation can be improved. Then, a response from the object of evaluation is received, and commendation or grading is performed so that the evaluation will of the evaluator can be improved.
