PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a taper pile for civil engineering and building work foundation construction and foundation construction equipment thereof, and the construction method thereof. SOLUTION: The taper pile is embedded in a hole H for civil engineering and building work foundation construction and it is a floating pile 1 for civil engineering and building work foundation. It is fixedly held by a wedge effect at the intermediate layer G. The hole H has the same shape with the fitting part of the taper pile 1. The hole H is excavated by a rod auger 2 for civil engineering and building work foundation construction having a drilling wing W by which a hole having the same shape to make in the ground foundation can be drilled. Since it is a floating tapered pile, the length can be further shortened and the piling machine becomes inexpensive.
