SOLUTION: While carrying out non-interfering control of control factors of a total flow rate of an oxidizer supplied from an oxidizer supply means 51, an oxidizer flow rate supplied to the reforming equipment 52, an anode side pressure power of a fuel cell main part 54, and a cathode side pressure power of a fuel cell main part, a disturbance compensation of the oxidizer flow rate to a carbon monoxide removal means 57 is carried out to the total flow rate of the oxidizer. |
