PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set the capturing elimination rate of oil and fats content by an exhauster in a kitchen to almost 100% and to capture and eliminate foul odor in exhaust. SOLUTION: A baffle-type grease filter 2 for capturing oil and fats content by approximately 80 % primarily, and a porous grease filter 3 based on a metal expandable body for capturing oil and fats content by approximately 90% secondarily on its rear surface are overlapped and installed at an exhaust suction opening 11 of an exhauster body 1, and at the same time a deodorizer is glued into the void of the porous filter 3. The resultant object is set to a filter for capturing foul odor primarily. The porous grease filter 3 where the deodorizer is glued similarly is installed at an exhaust exhausting port 12, which is set to a filter for capturing oil and fats content tertiarily and foul odor secondarily. |
