PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal controller that needs not a wiring connector to interconnect multi-core cables for wiring in the case that a plurality of terminal controllers is connected to one telephone line. SOLUTION: A terminal section 17 of the terminal controller 2 connected between a telephone line 1 and a terminal 5 is provided with terminals to which the telephone line 1, a telephone set 3 and the terminal controller 5 are respectively connected and with relay terminals C1, C2 that relay the connection among multi-core cables required for the connection of a plurality of the terminal controllers 2.
