PURPOSE: To provide a check valve preventing the generation of vibration after opening the valve, to reduce a strange sound, vibration and a loss of pressure of a compressor and a cooling circuit, and to resolve defects of a vehicle owing to the above mentioned matters. CONSTITUTION: This check valve 33 is composed of a valve seat member 70, a case 71, a valve body 72 and a spring 73. In this case, the outer peripheral surface 72f of the valve body 72 of molded resin extends from a connecting port 71b to the other side at the time of seating of a seal surface 72a. The case 71 of molded resin has a cutting hole 71f penetrated on a back side of the valve body 72, and has a damper chamber 71j capable of absorbing a vibration of the valve body 72.
