PURPOSE: To maintain secondary side pressure at an almost constant level even when cutting tips and burners are changed to make a secondary side load fluctuate in the case of performing gas processing such as gas cutting, gas welding or gas heating. CONSTITUTION: A primary chamber 3 where primary pressure P1 operates and a secondary chamber 4 where secondary pressure P2 operates are made to conduct by a nozzle having a sheet 5a. A balancer 6 is arranged in the chamber 3, a piston 7 having a boss part 7a and a flange part 7b is also provided in the chamber 4, and a pressure operating part 9 is formed at the part 7b. When the piston 7 is energized in the direction of being separated from the sheet 5a by a spring 10 to make gas flow, the pressure of the gas is reduced when passing through the nozzle 5 and caused to flow to the chamber 4 and the part 9. The piston 7 is made close to the sheet 5a by the gas flowing to the part 9, the power of the respective chambers 3 and 4, the part 9 and the spring 10 is balanced to stop the piston 7. In this state, gas with the pressure P2 is stably supplied to the secondary side regardless of the fluctuations of a load.
