PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent drawbacks due to deposition of self-abraded powder and heating. SOLUTION: Movable contacts 47 and 47 are provided which, fixed to a movable contact spring 40, open/close with fixed contacts 76 and 66 by magnetization/demagnetization of a coil wire 24. Here, terminal members 70 and 60 are provided on the lower side, in the gravity direction, of the fixed contacts 76 and 66 and the movable contacts 47 and 47, where the movable contact spring 40 is so arranged, sideways on a base 10, that it rotates horizontally for the movable contacts 47 and 47 to open/close with the fixed contacts 76 and 66 while the base 10 is provided on top side, for supporting the fixed contacts 76 and 66. Since, the movable contact spring is arranged so as to rotate horizontally while the terminal member is provided on the lower side, in gravity direction, of each contact of the terminal member, no self-abraded powder accumulates on the movable contact spring and the terminal member. The electrical resistance is reduced by providing the fixed contact to the terminal member, so heating is prevented even with a large controlled current.
