PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server for generating three-dimensional computer graphic picture by which the scenery picture of a three-dimensional city, the external and internal appearance pictures of real property, the shade simulation or view simulation of the real property and those movies are provided through the Internet. SOLUTION: A server 1001 is provided with an extracting part for extracting the data of prescribed property from a three-dimensional city data base 1002b and a real property data base 1002a in which information related with the position, size, height, and shape of the real property is stored, a point of view/ line of sight generating part for generating the position of a point of view and the direction of a line of sight based on information inputted from the outside part, and a computer graphic picture generating part for generating the picture of a city viewed from the position of the point of view and the direction of the line of sight based on the three-dimensional city data base. Then, the generated picture of the city and the information are transmitted through the Internet 1004 to a client computer 1003. |
