PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indicating instrument having simple constitution, and capable of reducing working process and the number of part items, and eliminating the fear of loosening a screw due to vibration in mounting on a vehicle. SOLUTION: This indicating instrument is provided with plural fixed projections 9, 9A integrally formed on the outer peripheral part of a coiled bobbin 3 at prescribed spaces in the circumferential direction extending downward, and plural fixing holes 7, 7A disposed corresponding to the fixed projections on the peripheral edge part of the base of a case 2, thereby positioning the coiled bobbin 3 and the case 2 in a prescribed position relationship and assembling the same. The instrument has a slender groove 10 provided in the outer peripheral surface of the fixed projection 9A and a flexible claw part 8 integrally formed in a position corresponding to the groove 10.
