PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retain water purity of water used for hydrogen generation and for a fuel cell cooling by suppressing corrosion and an ion exchange resin degradation with CIO- which is generated from hypochlorous acid added for pasteurization of an organic acid or tap water, in a fuel cell power generator using water introduced from the exterior after purifying. SOLUTION: By forming an activated carbon filter, in a fuel cell power generator, between an inlet port introducing water from the outside and a storage water tank, and forming ion exchange equipment between the storage water tank and hydrogen formation equipment, and between a storage water tank and a cooling water circulation pass, introduction of CIO- contained in water and an organic acid into the equipment is prevented, degradation of the ion exchange resin of the supply section of the reforming water and the cooling water, and corrosion of the equipment are suppressed, and purity of water supplied to a hydrogen generation equipment or water of a cooling water circulation pass is stabilized. |
