摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination, display method using photovoltaic generation and an illumination, display device wherein an electromotive force with a solar battery panel of high power generation efficiency is stored with a capacitor using an electric double layer condenser of high charge discharge efficiency, and a lighting fitting or a displaying fitting constituted of a light emitting diode planar body or light emitting diode elements is made to perform illuminating or displaying with high illuminating efficiency or high displaying efficiency and with low power. SOLUTION: In the solar battery panel, solar battery modules arranged in a necessary size are integrally hermetically bonded with transparent anaerobic adhesive agent between two holding plates having necessary curvatures wherein at least one side surface is constituted of translucent material. Electromotive force obtained by the battery panel is stored in the capacitor through a constant voltage and constant current storing circuit which capacitor is constituted of the electric double layer condenser, a monitor circuit and a power converting circuit. The lighting fitting or the displaying fitting which are installed on a suitable part position of a structure disposed in upright with a suitable form design and are constituted of the light emitting diode planar body or the light emitting elements performs luminous illumination display, in the illumination display method and the illumination display device using photovolatic generation.
