PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the window-part of a cooker from being clouded with steam arising from foods. SOLUTION: The cooker is provided with a casing 5 covering a heating chamber 2, and a heater-housing chamber 15 formed by protruding a part of a top plate 2e of the chamber 2 to the outside of the heating chamber 15, in which a quartz tube heater 16 is provided. An exhaust opening 28 is made in the top plate 2e behind the chamber 15, and a vent opening 29 is made in the rear plate 1 of the casing 5, above the chamber 2 close to the opening 28. A heat-insulating plate 30 is provided to cover the chamber 15, by bringing the plate edge in contact with the rear plate 7, above the opening 29.
