PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave shielding material joint section capable of reducing construction terms and cost by installing conductive materials such as conductive nonwoven fabric without being nervous about lapping margin with general wallpapering points in mind in electromagnetic wave shielding construction. SOLUTION: In the electromagnetic wave shielding material joint section which joints electromagnetic wave shielding materials in an integral conductive state by sticking the electromagnetic wave shielding materials on the surface of each of building materials constituting electromagnetic shielding space, the end sections of conductive materials 1 are jointed to each other for forming a butt joint 4, and the surface of the butt joint 4 is sealed up by a conductive tape 5 of 100 mm or more in width.
