PURPOSE: To provide an antenna sharing device with less current consumption and a small insertion loss and to provide a communication unit. CONSTITUTION: Relating to the antenna sharing device 31, a transmitter side circuit 25 is electrically connected between a transmission terminal Tx and an antenna terminal ANT and a receiver side circuit 26 is electrically connected between a reception terminal Rx and the antenna terminal ANT. A voltage control terminal CONT1 is electrically connected to a PIN diode D2 of the transmitter side circuit 25, and a voltage control terminal CONT2 is electrically connected to a PIN diode D3 of the transmitter side circuit 25 and PIN diodes D4-D6 of the receiver side circuit 26. In the case of awaiting a reception wave, the PIN diode D3 of the transmitter side circuit 25 and the PIN diodes D4-D6 of the receiver side circuit 26 are conductive and the PIN diode D2 of the transmitter side circuit 25 is made nonconductive.
