SOLUTION: A control device holding an accumulating rule and a dividing rule of information, an input device determining whether to divide the inputted information according to the dividing rule or not, dividing the information into at least two or more data in the case of dividing it, and transmitting the information or the divided data to one of accumulating devices, accumulating devices accumulating the received information or the divided data, and an output device collecting the information or divided data from the accumulating devices by using the accumulating rule and dividing rule, integrating the collected information or divided data, and outputting the integrated information are connected together via a network to form this information control system. |
