<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a managing server to be applied to a network system for reducing the nonuniformity of a network quality such as delay caused by the distance different for each route of a closed area connection network composed of a plurality of routes. SOLUTION: A managing server 101 has a route path managing part 103 for managing route paths for closed area connection, a quality calculating part 106 for calculating quality such as delay of each route path on the basis of the information of the route path managing part 103 or the like, and a node setting part 104 for performing setting to nodes 121, 131 and 141 having a plurality of priority queues on the basis of the quality calculated by the quality calculating part 106. The quality calculating part 106 compares the distance of the route path on the basis of route path data 109 and the queue of higher quality is assigned to the route path as the distance extends. Thus, the difference of delay is reduced.</p> |
