PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accurate electro-motive actuator with a low vibration. SOLUTION: A circular plate 13 is fixed to an input shaft 9 and a planetary gear 12 is fixed to an output shaft 10. A circular recessed portion 13a is formed on the circular plate 13 so as to be eccentric against the input shaft 9. A ring gear 11 engaged with the planetary gear 12 is turnably supported by the circular recessed portion 13a. A lightening portion 13b having the same depth d as that of the recessed portion 13a is provided on a portion other than the circular recessed portion 13a of the circular plate 13. A weight part W for recovering an axial dynamic balance of the circular plate 13 lost by disposing the circular recessed portion 13a and a ring gear 11 is formed. Since the planetary gear 12 is coaxially fixed to the output shaft 10, an eccentric motion is not carried out and the dynamic balance is ensured. Thereby, it becomes possible that an axial dynamic balance is ensured in every respective rotation elements constituting a gear device 8. An accurate electro-motive actuator with a low vibration can be obtained by adopting a gear device 8 for the electro-motive actuator.
