PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loudspeaker, used in a variety of audio apparatus, capable of preventing adhesives from running off which are used for bonding a magnetic circuit from the bonding part, and enhancing reliability, quality and productivity of the loudspeaker. SOLUTION: This loudspeaker of this invention comprises a magnet 1b, sealed grooves 6-9 close to a border of an outside of a bonded face to a top plate 1a or an under plate 1c bonded to the magnet 1b along with the border. Also in this loudspeaker, an anaerobic curing agent is used as the adhesives for bonding, so that the running off of the adhesives from the grooves 6-9 is prevented, the adhesives are fully cured in the grooves 6-9 and the loudspeaker with excellent quality is provided.
