The bench consists of a base fitted with a tilting frame (3) pivoting about a horizontal axis at one end and operated by a remote pedal (31). The main part of the frame consists of lengthwise (14) and cross members (15), one of the latter having a fitting for the piston rod of a central power cylinder (10), the other end of which is pivoted to a crosspiece on the base. One end of the frame has an adjustable arm (4), while the other - adjacent to the pivot - has a hinged base (5).
