<p>The invention concerns a support device, in particular a mattress, a bedspring or a support device for a seat, comprising several flexible fluid chamber elements aligned vertically and assembled into a system so as to form a structure for a body to rest upon. The pressure in each fluid chamber is transmitted inside first ducts (4) emerging from said chamber.
