Plastic shell for a human hearing aid is made of transparent and skin colored plastics cast in a single molding operation

The shell(1) is made of a cast plastic and has a venting channel(12) which when the shell is located in the ear connects the auditory canal of the ear with atmosphere. Transparent plastic is used in the area of the shell containing the venting channel(12) while the remaining area is skin colored. Production of the shell is achieved in a single molding operation. An independent claim is made for a shell manufacturing process in which transparent and skin-colored plastics are molded in a single operation.
