The spool has a rotary-symmetrical core of two parts, connected via mushroom-shaped connection studs (24,26,28) engaging into key-shaped openings (18,20,22). The studs project from an edge strip from the core and consist of a plate-shaped head supported by a shaft. The shaft is imbedded into a web projecting from the edge strip, and the head projects over the web radially inwards and outwards. The head is formed integrally with the central part of the web.
