PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core wire delivery device drastically improving the safety and the productivity of the core wire delivery changeover works by automatically and smoothly changing over to a next core wire wound vertical bobbin, when the core wire delivered from the wound vertical bobbin at present runs short. SOLUTION: This core wire delivery device is provided with two bobbin fixing stands vertically laid at prescribed intervals apart on an installation face, a support vertically erected in the intermediate position on the installation face with the two bobbin fixing stands installed thereon, a rotary large ring installed in the top end of the support so as to rotationally move by the traveling of the core wire, a rotation stopper installed right under the rotary large ring so as to brake the rotational movement of the rotary large ring, a rotary small ring rotationally moving in contact with the outer circumferential face of the rotary large ring and having a core wire delivery port opened in its shaft center, and a core wire delivery pulley guiding the core wire delivered from the core wire delivery port in the rotary small ring to the core wire working device side.
