摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide Ni-based alloy flux-filled wire for low temperature steel welding good in the feedability of wire at the time of welding and also good in welding operability such as the spraying condition of an arc. SOLUTION: Pure Ni containing a prescribed amount of C is adopted as an outer surface, and also, the filling ratio of flux is controlled to a prescribed range to optimize the hardness and strength of the wire, by which the feedability of the wire can be made good. Alternatively, an outer surface made of pure Ni is adopted, and the filling ratio of flux is optimized, by which the difference in the melting time between the outer surface and the flux at the time of welding can be reduced, and the spraying condition of an arc can be made good.
