FLAME-RETARDANT RESIN COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant resin composition not containing an organic compound having halogen, phosphorus or nitrogen atom, capable of exhibiting excellent flame-retardant effect and producible using raw materials of a low cost. SOLUTION: This flame-retardant resin composition comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. of a polycarbonate-based resin, and (B) 0.1 to 50 pts.wt. of a low melting glass having a softening point existing in the range of 450 to 700 deg.C.
