PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new peptide having a quite different mechanism of action from conventional agents, usable for hypotensive agent, an analgesic, a somatotrophic hormone production inhibitor, an adipopexis inhibitor, a stimulant agent of calcium concentration in blood, a hyperacid inhibitor, a prostaglandin E2 production promoter, an osteoblastic growth promoter and a somatotrophic hormone production promoter. SOLUTION: The hypotensive agent, the analgesic, the somatotrophic hormone production inhibitor, ht adipopexis inhibitor, the stimulant agent of calcium concentration in blood, the hyperacid inhibitor, the prostaglandin E2 production promoter, the osteoblastic growth promoter and the somatotrophic hormone production promoter composed of a peptide having a specific amino acid sequence are provided.
