METHOD FOR PREPARING TIRE CONSTITUTIONAL MEMBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a tire constitutional member in which when terminal parts of a plurality of layers of sheet materials are stuck together, two layers with the same sheet crosssection as other parts can be obtained and which can provide an enough bonding strength and can improve quality of the tire and appearance of the tire. SOLUTION: Two kinds of rubbery elastic bodies extruded from an extruder 1 are molded by larninating two-layer sheet materials W1 and W2 apex positions of whose both end parts in the width direction are shifted by a specified length L by means of an extrusion head 3 and in addition, both end parts in the width direction are molded with a width H provided with tapered parts 6a and 6b with a definite angle of slope and corresponding to the peripheral length of a drum of the molding drum by means of two rolls. As the first enbodiment of practice when two kinds of the sheet materials W1 and W2 are stuck together, they are cut into a specified length in the longer direction of the sheet materials W1 and W2 by means of a cutting device and the cut sheet materials W1 and W2 are fed to the molding drum side through a transferring means and are stuck together.
