PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reverse sheet that prevents humor absorbed by a humor absorbent in a storage of a sanitary pad from leaking out of the storage and is disposable by draining into a toilet because of its water-disintegrability. SOLUTION: In this invention, a reverse sheet 1 of the sanitary pad is used for a sanitary pad A formed by storing a humor-absorbent 4 into a storage 3 composed by putting a humor-passable obverse sheet 2 and the reverse sheet 1 together and incorporating their margins opposite to each other. As the reverse sheet 1 is composed by piling a water-soluble resin layer 12 and a water- repellent layer 13 to one side of a water-disintegrable base component 11 while the water-soluble resin layer 12 is inside, the two layers, the water-soluble resin layer and the water-repellent layer certainly regulate permeation of humor absorbed by the humor-absorbent in the storage of the sanitary pad to the water-disintegrable base component, thereby unexpected situation that humor absorbed by the humor-absorbent leaks out of the storage through the reverse sheet can not occur.
