PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new compound useful for controlling harmful organisms such as insects, acarids and other harmful organisms of agriculture and forestry, marine products industry, livestock industry and spots of public sanitation. SOLUTION: This pyridazinone is represented by general formula (I) (R1 is a 3-5C alkyl group; R2 is a 1-5C alkyl group, a cycloalkyl group or a haloalkyl group; R3 is a hydrogen atom or a 1-3C alkyl group; X is a halogen atom).
