PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply varieties which are not seen in a conventional system to the motions of balls with less varieties, and provide a visual interest to game players in a sorting device for balls which is provided on the surface of the game panel of a pachinko machine. SOLUTION: One or a plurality of approximately V-shaped guiding grooves (12) are formed on the upper surface of sorting tables (2a, 2b and 2c) having lengths in the lateral direction. In this case, the guiding groove (12) comprises a recess (10) having a semi-circular arc-shaped bottom section, and two protruding sections (11) wherein the side surfaces (13) across the recess are made slopes of the protruding sections. Then, pachinko balls (P) which roll in through the tilted side surface (13) from the top of the protruding section are guided to the tilted side surface (13) on the opposite side through the semi-circular arc-shaped bottom section, and are made to get onto the slope on the opposite side. Also, the pachinko balls are rocked back and made to get onto the tilted side surface on the rolling-in side again, and these motions are repeated, and a fine vibrating state in the lateral direction is created in the guiding groove. In the meantime, the bottom section of the recess (10) is formed into a tilt wherein this side is lower, and the pachinko balls are rolled out forward as soon as the vibrating state is settled.
