PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow-shaped, three-way-sealed packaging bag excellent in gas barrier properties, which is made by using a packaging material having a simple layer structure. SOLUTION: A base film 11 having a heat seal layer is laminated on a metallic vapor-deposited sealant film 12 in such a manner that a base layer face of the base film 11 and a metallic vapor-deposited layer face of the sealant film 12 are opposed to each other with an adhesive layer 13 interposed therebetween, thereby forming a laminated film 10 composed of two layers. The three-way-sealed packaging bag, which is of an envelope-sealing type and has gas barrier properties, is made by folding the laminated film 10 so that the sealant layer forms an inner face of the bag.
