PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheetlike reinforcing material which is excellent in construction properties, of which the fault of adhesion to various bases is reduced satisfactorily and which makes a hardened material have sufficient basic performances and can meet properly applications, with improved adhesion strength, durability, etc. SOLUTION: The sheetlike reinforcing material comprises a hardening molding material layer and an adhesive layer. The adhesion of an adhesive linkage formed by the adhesive layer of the sheetlike reinforcing material after the material hardens in a test is 20-2000 N/cm2 when measured in conformity with JIS Z 0237.
