The invention discloses a new kind of polypeptide-HOMO laminin protein B2 chain 13 and polynucleotide encoding said polypeptide and a process for producing said polypeptide by DNA recombinant methods. It also discloses the method of applying the polypeptide for the treatment of various kinds of diseases, such thundering asneuranagenesis, phlogosis and thundering reparation, cancer, alloplasia, immune disease and HIV infection, antagonist and the therapeutic use of the polypeptide is also disclosed. In addition, it refers to the use of polynucleotide encoding said HOMO laminin protein B2 chain 13. |
