A composition comprising at least one baculoviral vector and at least one polynucleotides sequence encoding a retroviral vector genome; wherein the polynucleotides sequence encoding the retroviral vector genome is operably linked to a promoter in the baculoviral vector. The promoter in the baculoviral vector comprises an RNA transcription start site for the retroviral vector genome; such that the polynucleotides sequence encoding the retroviral vector genome is capable of being transcribed and packaged into an infectious retroviral particle.
