PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless remote controller than can set the intensity of an optical signal outputted in response to an operating environment and its state and can considerably extend the service life of a battery used for power supply. SOLUTION: The wireless remote controller is provided with: an operation section 1, an input circuit 2 that enters a signal corresponding to an operation button 1a of the operation section; a light emitting means 3 that converts a prescribed code signal corresponding to the input signal into an optical signal and allows a light emitting element 3a to output the optical signal; a display means 4; and a control means 5 that converts the input signal into a prescribed code signal and outputs the code signal and also outputs prescribed display information on the basis of the input signal. The light emitting means is provided with: a dimmer means 3b that adjusts the emission amount; and an output setting button 1b that sets the light emission amount of the light emitting means to the operation section. The control means is provided with a dimmer control section 5b that controls the dimmer means by using the output setting button. |
