PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic mail communication system where a mobile terminal receives an image sent in a form of an electronic mail and a subscriber's fixed unit prints out the image. SOLUTION: The mobile terminal is provided with a memory card input output section that writes/reads data from/to a removable memory card, the subscriber's fixed unit is also provided with a memory card input output section and in the case of sending an image to a user of the mobile terminal, when a sender transmits an electronic mail to the mobile terminal by designating an address of the mobile terminal, an electronic mail server transfers the electronic mail to the mobile terminal, the mobile terminal stores image data in a form of the electronic mail to a memory card via the memory card input output section, the subscriber's fixed unit reads data from the memory card and uses a printer to print out the data. Thus, even when the mobile terminal has no printer and no display section with a sufficient size, the mobile terminal utilizes the subscriber's fixed unit to view an image of the received electronic mail. |
