The invention relates to multifunctional additive composition industrial oils and to a process for preparing the same, said composition being used for formulating for oils for gear transmission, metal working fluids for hard work conditions, and industrial greases. According to the invention, the composition comprises a mixture of synthetic oil with overrefined vegetal oils, sulfurised with sulphur, stabilised in dispersion, to which there are added various additives based on mixture of sulphonated alkyl-aryl and sulphurised alkyl-aryl phenolate, multifunctional additive based on sulphur, phosphorus, zinc, bis-succinimide and sulphurised olefin. According to the invention, the preparation process consists in sulphurising a mixture of esters with overrefined vegetable oil, in adding a mixture of alkyl-aryl sulphonated and sulphurised alkyl-aryl phenolate, additives based on sulphur, phosphorus and zinc, bis-succinimide and sulphurised olefins.
