PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily discover a falsified chip and to prevent falsification by being able to see the internal part, because falsification of a conventional integrated circuit for a playing machine could not visually discover the integrated circuit and leads caused by being sealed by a black plastic package. SOLUTION: A security chip of which internal structure can be seen is provided with a black plastic package having about a cuboids shape which airtightly seals an integrated circuit, a cavity having a quadrate or rectangular shape provided at the center and both sides of the package on which the integrated circuit is mounted to become a frame structure having a grid shape and the internal structure which is exposed outside where a part of the leads connected with terminal parts of the integrated circuit is only fixed at a frame outer peripheral part having a grid shape. The visible security chip is also provided with an additional grid having a cross shape at a cavity of the frame having a grid shape to enforce and support the leads. |
