PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a diffraction grating pattern having cells consisting of gratings of curved lines as the structural units and showing little change in the color accompanied by recording parallax images. SOLUTION: In the diffraction grating pattern displaying an image with parallax by arranging a plurality of cells 4 each formed from a diffraction grating 4a produced by displacing curved lines parallel to one another, the diffraction grating consists of a surface relief pattern and has a plurality of regions having constant depth of the grating (relief) in one cell. Each cell has two or more kinds of depth of the grating in the above regions.
